Physiomates is operated by Noverra Health & Education Group Pty Ltd (ABN 98 688 912 156), trading as Physiomates, of VIC 3006, Australia. We're committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and who we share it with. It applies wherever in the world you access Physiomates from.
2. Data we collect
We collect different information depending on how you use Physiomates, set out by purpose below.
Account & Enrolment
Data
Name, email, phone, country of residence, and the pathway you're pursuing
Shared with
Enrich, our learning management system, to deliver your course. Enrich stores your name, email, and phone number at sign-up. We hold the same details in our own CRM.
Retention

Payment
Data
Stripe and PayPal hold your full payment details. We receive only confirmation that payment was made.

Live Sessions

Session recordings (audio/video)

Google Meet, which hosts and records sessions
Used for
Providing recordings to students who missed a session, internal quality/training, and marketing, including sharing recordings publicly and posting excerpts in media. Faces and second names are blurred in any recording used for marketing, to protect your identity.
Luna (AI assistant)

Your messages to Luna and Luna's responses, including conversation history

OpenAI, which generates Luna's responses

Referral programs

3. Overseas disclosure
Physiomates has students around the world. Enrich, Stripe, PayPal, Google Meet, OpenAI, WhatsApp/Meta, and Bigin are global providers and may store or process your information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it's handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
4. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps, including secure hosting and restricted access, to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. No method of online transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
5. Data breaches
If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to you, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner within 30 days of becoming aware of it, as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

7. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or students formally enrolled in a recognised physiotherapy or allied health training program. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised date.
