Physiomates Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of physiomates.com.au and enrolment in Physiomates courses, operated by Noverra Health & Education Group Pty Ltd (ABN 98 688 912 156), trading as Physiomates, of VIC 3006, Australia. Physiomates provides physiotherapy education, professional development, and career-support courses, tailored to the professional or registration pathway you indicate when you enrol. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the version of these Terms in force at that time.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or students formally enrolled in a recognised physiotherapy or allied health training program. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep your account secure. You're responsible for all activity under it.
3. Enrolment & fees
Course fees are as displayed at the time of enrolment, in the currency shown, and include any taxes required based on your location. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal; we don't store your full card details. Once enrolled, you'll have access to the course content for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which access is automatically revoked. We may also revoke access earlier if any outstanding fees remain unpaid.
4. Live Sessions
Where a course includes Live Sessions, they're hosted and recorded via Google Meet. Recordings may be used to give you access if you miss a session, for our internal quality purposes, and for marketing, including sharing recordings publicly and posting excerpts in media. Faces and second names are blurred in any recording used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Luna (AI assistant)
Physiomates provides an AI assistant, Luna, to help you find the right course for your pathway. Luna's suggestions are general guidance only. You remain responsible for choosing the course that's right for you, and for confirming any registration or eligibility requirements directly with your Registration Body.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Physiomates is an education provider. We are not a Registration Body, and do not act on behalf of one. Completing a course does not guarantee that you'll pass an examination, obtain registration, or secure employment. Requirements are set by the relevant Registration Body and can change at any time. You're responsible for confirming current requirements directly with them.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in a course, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Outside this window, or once you have accessed more than 20% of the course, fees are non-refundable, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law. 8. Intellectual property
All course content, materials, and trademarks made available through Physiomates remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or redistribute our content, including Live Sessions, without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account, share your account credentials, or record and redistribute Live Sessions or course content. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you've breached these Terms.
10. Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of Physiomates is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
13. General
Entire agreement & severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
